For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

The Stratford Apothecary reserves the right to change the restrictions for discounts, gift cards, and other promotions without notice.

We are so sure you will be pleased with your purchase, that all products come with a money back guarantee. If you are not in any way pleased with your purchase, unopened products may be returned for a full refund of the current product purchase price within 7 days of delivery. We are sorry to say that opened products may not be reused and so are not refundable. If for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase once it is open, return the product to our office, and we will give you a credit for the purchase price.

Customer is responsible for return postage on returned items.

At our discretion, we me instead of a refund on 1) items that have been open or 2) items that have not been returned within 7 days of date of delivery, The Stratford Apothecary will issue a credit to be used on The Stratford Apothecary site for another item.

Partial refunds. Whether purchased throuh Yahoo, Amazon, or directly through our site, we cannot issue partial refunds. Customers returning a product may receive at o ur discretion a credit for the price of the products returned for use on The Stratford Apothecary site.

We normally have sufficient stock, however in the case of a back order, please allow an additional two to three weeks for your purchase to arrive. You also have the option of receiving a full refund. In the case of a partial order, your refund will be in the amount of the purchase price of the back-ordered items only.

All products are shipped via US Postal Service Priority or USPS Global Expresss Mail. As of 1/10/11 we ship only to the US and Canada. If your order was placed before that, due to the cost of shipping, and the price margins we strive to offer our customers, we will not be able to ship to your location. If you do place an order, and due to a malfunctioning of our stop-gap systems, your order does manage to be processed, you will be offered one of two options. a complete refund, or the placement of a separate order for only the shipping portion of your original order.

Should any of our products arrive damaged, simply call us, return the product to our office, and we will gladly replace the damaged goods within 5 business days.

As an on-line retailer, we receive products from multiple suppliers and distributers. Sometimes, the chain of communication is not as fluid as we would like it to be. Nevertheless, at all times, we endeavor to keep all prices, availability, features, and functions, or options of all our web sales products as current as possible. However, it is nearly impossible for us to become 100% accurate 100% of the time. Therefore, we cannont guarantee that the price, availability, feature and function or options of an item listed on our site are always current for all locations. In such cases, we will be happy to offer a substitute, a backorder in the case of an anticipated feature and/or function or option, or a complete no questions asked refund if that's what you our customer desires. Currently, we are shipping only to US destinations. On Tuesday, 2/28/11, we will add reduced cost shipping to all Canadian provences. If your order is received, and manages to get through our destination blocking system, you will be offered one of two options: a complete, no questions asked refund after which you may re-order when your destination becomes avaialable in our system, or where available as a courtesy to our customers, a special order for shipping only. Invoke this feature, simply by ordering product #SA00000, and complete your order as you normally would with complete billing including full credit card information as that is not maintained on our system for security purposes and shipping information as if you were placing a regular order, and your "shipping order" will be matched with your original order in our fulfillment center, and your order will be promptly shipped to you. Be advised, this is an average shipping price for your region, and it may be beneficial to you to request a refund, and replace your order. We regret that we cannot provide shipping charges to areas, regions, or provinces by calling our offices. We apologize for this inconvenience, but due to both the limits of technology and the rising cost of shipping, and the slim margins we offer our customers, we cannot afford to ship to destinations without shipping charges.
