A&S work exclusively with one fragrance house who commits significant R & D resources to our products A&S only use quality ingredients in unique formulations and employs cutting edge technology offering you, The Stratford Apothecary customer a unique, quality product at a non budget busing price that we know will bring you, our customer, back for more.

If your product is damaged when it arrives, contact our office within 7 days of the shipment date, and we will endeavor to ship you a replacement as soon as possible.

All unopened products may be returned for a full refund of your purchase price or the current product purchase price whichever is less within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, once a product is open, we cannot offer a refund.

No, you may call us directly or fax us to order your products. If the office is not open or manned, all calls will be returned within one business day.

The Stratford Apothecary™ will ship all products at US Postal Service rates depending on size, weight, and delivery address. In all attempts we will use flat rate shipping offered by the Postal Services. In other cases, we will endeavor to use the most economical way while not sacrificing quality and security of your shipment.

The Stratford Apothecary™ uses either US Postal Service Express Mail or Parcel Post ground shipment and will arrive at your home or business in 7 to 10 business days at the lowest cost with the highest quality.
